Keeping Water Cooler clean:

When you subscribe with us take caution to avoid water cooler contamination.  By Keeping the water cooler clean you will get clean water also.

Follow the following steps:

* Clean The Bottle.

Before you place any new bottle on the cooler. Always clean with napkin or cloth to remove any dust accumulated on the bottle while transportation or storage at sight.

* Cleaning The Water Cooler

We recommend that the water cooler should be cleaned every 4 months.

You can call us to clean the water cooler for you or follow the following steps:

1-  Unplug The cooler from the power supply.

2- Remove The bottle from the cooler.

3- Drain all the water from the cold & Hot faucet.

4-  Remove the cooler top parts. Till you see the water reservoir (Tank).

5- Wearing Clean rubber gloves add 4 liters of clean healthy water into a clean bucket and add 4 small spoons of unscented Bleach (Regular Clorox) and mix together. Then immerse a clean cloth into the solution and scrub the tank surface interior with it aggressively.

6- During cleaning do not spill water outside the tank into the interior of the cooler.

7- Use the same solution to clean the cooler top parts then rinse with clean healthy bottled water.

8- Fill the tank with healthy bottled water till the top and then drain through the cold water faucet.

9- Reinstall all cleaned cooler parts. 

10- Place one new bottle and drain 2-4 cups from each faucet, or until there is no evidence of chlorine taste and /or odor.

11- Dry all spilled water on the cooler and the floor. Now plug the cooler back to the power supply.
